Is laser hair removal really permanent or 100% permanent?

Strictly speaking the permanent of laser hair removal it is not really hair removal forever. As to date, there is no laser equipment that has been approved for permanent hair removal but has been approved for permanent hair reduction by the FDA.
Hairs has three distinct growth phase that is Active growth phase, Regressive phase and Resting phase. The laser most effectively disables hair that is in the active growth.
